Pole buildings are particularly useful in this application because they can be erected for 2/3 the cost of steel buildings and 1/2 the cost of standard construction. For the most part, you can't tell the difference. The large buildings are generally covered in steel and can be insulated with vinyl back insulation (for unfinished interiors) and can be lined on the walls and ceilings with a liner steel which allows for more insulation.
Everything about pole buildings is easier since wood is easier to work with than steel. Door and window locations are more flexible and interiors can be finished by the customer or by the builder. You can start with our engineered stamped shell building and we can work with your architect and subcontractors, or we can do it all. Let us design it for you.
